Description of implementation

For Gminny Zakład Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. in Ostrów, we carried out a comprehensive project involving the delivery, installation, and commissioning of a modern containerized wastewater treatment plant for the landfill in Kozodrza. The system is based on advanced two-stage reverse osmosis technology with tube-and-disc membranes, designed for the effective treatment of heavily contaminated landfill leachate.

The solution implemented enables fully automated operation, ensures high efficiency in contaminant separation, and achieves a permeate yield of 70%. The facility is equipped with a process visualization and control system, a process data logging system, and the capability for remote monitoring of the unit’s operation. The treatment plant’s maximum capacity is 110 m³/day, which allows for the effective management of leachate generated at the landfill site.

The project helped improve the environmental safety of the facility and provided the Client with a modern and reliable solution for landfill leachate management.
