AK NOVA has carried out a comprehensive project to modernize and expand the bio-waste composting facility at the Regional Waste Recovery Plant in Sianow. The bio-waste composting process takes place in bioreactors. A loading hall for the bioreactors was built, enabling efficient and safe transportation of the material. The open ventilator room is an important part of the ventilation system that supports waste stabilization processes. An advanced air purification system consisting of a scrubber and biofilter effectively removes undesirable substances and odors, improving air quality within the plant.

• Development of project documentation, including preparation of technological, construction and detailed design, as well as obtaining decisions necessary for the implementation of the project,
• Execution of construction works,
• Supply and installation of technological equipment,
• Supply and installation of a biofilter,
• Development of the area around the composting plant,
• Employee training,
• Conducting final tests and obtaining the necessary permits for use,
• Development of documentation to enable operation of the facility,
• Preparation of subcontract documentation.
