The subject of the contract was the design, construction of the modernization and expansion of the existing sewage sludge composting plant at 128 Świderska Street in Łuków, along with the accompanying infrastructure.

The task included preparation of design documentation along with obtaining all required arrangements, opinions and permits, as well as construction with delivery and installation of equipment and devices, including technological equipment, performance of mechanical and technological start-up of the composting plant and truck scale with accompanying infrastructure on the site of the composting plant for sewage sludge. As part of the task, valid occupancy permits had to be obtained, as well as a permit to conduct waste processing activities as part of the composting process and a permit to market the organic soil conditioner obtained as a result of the composting process.
