Team-Building, Year-End Review, and Technical Visit to Sianów

As we do every year, we got together to review our activities to date, build team cohesion, and visit one of the installations we’ve built. Employees from AK NOVA and our sister company, APRIVA, took part in this year’s team-building trip.

We began our trip with a group bus ride to Mielno. After checking into the hotel, we had some time to relax and unwind. Some participants took advantage of the Baltic Sea, deciding to go for a swim, while others relaxed in the hotel’s sauna area.

In the evening, we held a special gala where we looked back on the past year and the activities of AK NOVA and APRIVA in a lighthearted way. As is our tradition, we presented awards to all employees in unconventional categories that highlighted the distinctive traits and talents of each of us. It was a wonderful opportunity to laugh together, build camaraderie, and recognize the entire team’s contribution to the growth of our companies.

After the official part, it was time for a gala dinner, which smoothly turned into an evening filled with conversation, dancing, and good fun.

On the second day of the trip, we traveled to Sianów near Koszalin, where we visited one of the newest projects completed by AK NOVA. We toured a state-of-the-art biological biowaste treatment facility, the construction of which was part of a circular economy project for the city of Koszalin. The visit was an excellent opportunity to see the results of the collaborative work of our designers, engineers, and contractors, as well as to learn how the facility operates now that it is in service. Such visits remind us that behind every project there are not only documents, schedules, and construction sites, but above all, real facilities that serve residents and the environment every day.

The trip was a great opportunity to bond, reflect on our shared successes, and take stock of the results of our daily work. We’d like to thank all the participants for creating such a special atmosphere, and we’re already looking forward to our next get-together.
